I purchased a Rolls Royce on eBay from Graham aka Mark Edward Ritchey, United Network Leasing Trust, on eBay, Graham asked me to wire hime the money ($22,900) rather than send it through eBay. What I didn't know was that this would bypass eBay's guarantee program. I have attached a copy of the inspection report that I had done upon receiving the Rolls Royce Shadow. I purchased this Rolls Royce Shadow in November 2009 and ligationtook me over two years, once Graham signed the agreement to return my money and pick up the car he then did not comply with the agreement and we had to go back to courts in order to force payment. As of November 26th, 2011 I have received $10,000 and still waiting for the balance. Mark Edward Ritchey would not pay my legal fee's. My legal expenses to date are $8,900, Graham whose real name is Mark Edward Ritchey has pulled every legal manuver to avoid taking this car back and paying me the money owed in his agreement. For everyones information Graham was extremely hard to identify, we had to go back to the bank where the wire transfer was made in order to identify him, I'm sure others have had the same problem finding him.
Graham aka Mark Edward Ritchey did not have a Florida title for the Rolls Royce Shadow, the title he sent me was from a Michael A. Minnigerode in Phoenex, AZ. This is called a skipped title.
A skipped title is illegal.
My advice is that anyone interested in a Rolls Royce that they do not buy it from Graham on eBay! If you do then you are looking for trouble.

Finally Graham aka Mark Edward Ritchey ageed to refund my money but not my attorneys fees. The money was due in the attorneys bank a few days ago, he did not deposit the money in his attorneys bank and we had to go back to court and get another court order forcing him to deposit the money. It was another of his delaying tactics.

On November 27th, 2009 I bid on a 1974 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow Long Wheel Base. My bid was for $21,200.00 and the asking price was $29,900.00. My offer was declined by the seller. The seller was Graham, eBay ID: “rollsbentleyimports” . Shortly after my offer was declined I received a email from Graham asking me to call him. I called him and he said he would sell the 1974 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow Long Wheel Base to me for $22,500.00. He then told me he would take the car off of eBay and I could wire the money to him at SUNTRUST BANK account name- UNITED NETWORK LEASING TRUST account# 1000059581735 routing#061000104 banks address 2626E. Oaklandpark Blvd. Ft, Lauderdale Fl. 33308 Phone# 800-455-5873. On November 27th, 2009 I wired $22,500.00 to Graham. I received the car via S & S Auto Transporters, INC. mc#528806, PO BOX 215, Pendleton, KY 40055 December 20th, 2009. Immediately I noticed noise in the engine so I called Graham and he said since car was now in cooler climate that it was probably a stuck lifter. I now know that we had me wire the money so he could avoid the eBay buy back warranty.
We had a lot of cold weather and snow plus I could not find a certified Rolls Royce Mechanic until the 1st of March, 2010. The inspection was done by JD’s British Cars, 313 Wilhagan Road, Nashville, TN 37217, 615-361-3887. JD found that the car has a collapsed piston, extremely bad brakes, bad suspension and that the speedometer is broken with 34917 miles.
I spent $22,500 for the car, $400 for the carrier to bring it to me and $733.53 for the inspection. I would like to have this car taken back and a reimbursement for $23,633.53 and whatever attorneys fees are involved.
It was very difficult for me to find Graham’s last name and location, eBay would not assist since the car was delisted prior to the purchase. They would not disclose his last name or address. My attorney finally found that Graham was actually Mark Edward Ritchey, he fould him by tracking the wire transfer back. The car was picked up at 433 S. Dixie Hiway, Pompano Beach, FL, telephone 800.455.5873. I searched around this address and talked with Bob’s tires (next door neighbor) and they told me that they moved, the 433 address came back to Tropical Motors.
The title that was sent to me was an Arizona Certificate of Title in the name of Michael Allen Minnigerode, 4340 E. Indian School Rd Ste 21, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
I think the facts speak for themselves that this is a clear case of consumer fraud.
As of January 2nd, 2012 I finally received a final reimbursement of $8500.00, earlier I received $10,000 in reimbursement. The attorneys fees were $8900.00 which was not reimbursed. During the civil case, Mr. Ritchey used every delaying tactic to try not to pay his original agreement.
The vehicle identification number of the 1974 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow is LRC16815 the title was issued in Arizona Title number 0L01009303034 showing the owner of this car was Michel Allen Minnigerode, the title is signed on the back but new transferred to Mark Edward Ritchey. A lien will be placed on the title for $8,900. The original title is in my possession.
